Are your tours really private — or will I share with strangers?

Every Baydour Tours trip is 100% private. Your vehicle, your driver, your schedule. You will never share transport with other tourists — from pickup to drop-off, it's exclusively your group.

How do I book and when do I pay?

Send us a WhatsApp or fill in the contact form with your tour, date, and group size. We confirm within minutes. No upfront payment required — you pay cash on the day of the tour.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Since we don't require upfront payment, there's nothing to refund. We'll always try to reschedule rather than cancel if something comes up.

How many people fit in a tour vehicle?

Our standard VIP minivans seat up to 7 passengers. Groups of 8+ use a Renault 8-seater at the same daily rate. The price covers the full vehicle — more people means better cost per person.

Are hotels and meals included in the price?

All prices include private VIP transport. For desert tours, dinner and breakfast are included at the bivouac and hotels. Hotel accommodation on request. Lunch and some entry fees not included — always clearly stated upfront.

Can you build a fully custom itinerary for our group?

Absolutely — it's one of our specialties. Tell us your dates, interests, and budget and we'll design your perfect Morocco trip from scratch. Perfect for families, couples, and groups who want something beyond the standard routes.
