Booking & Payment

6 questions

Ready to book? Browse all tours or go straight to Contact to send an enquiry.

The fastest way to book is directly through WhatsApp — just message us your preferred tour, date, and number of travelers, and our team replies within 15 minutes with everything you need. You can also browse our tours page first and send us an enquiry from the Contact page for any tour you like the look of.

No upfront payment is required to reserve most tours. We confirm your booking by message first, and payment is typically settled in person before or during your tour. This keeps things simple and trustworthy — no card details, no online payment risk.

We accept cash (Moroccan Dirham or major foreign currency) directly with your driver or guide. If you need a different arrangement, just mention it via our Contact page and we'll find a solution that works for you.

For day trips and Marrakech activities, 1–2 days' notice is usually enough — even same-day bookings are often possible depending on availability. For multi-day Sahara desert tours, especially in peak season (October–April), we recommend booking at least 5–7 days ahead to guarantee your preferred dates and vehicle size.

Yes. Once your tour details, date, and headcount are agreed, we confirm everything in writing over WhatsApp — including pickup time and location — so you have it on hand before the day arrives.

Our pricing is per-vehicle rather than per-person, so larger groups often end up paying less per traveler — especially once you move into our 8-seat vehicle at the same daily rate. Message us your group size on Contact for an exact quote.

Desert Tours

Both tours follow the classic Marrakech → Merzouga route through the Tichka Pass, Aït Benhaddou, Boumalne Dadès, and the Todgha Gorges, ending with a Sahara bivouac and camel ride. The 4-day tour adds a stop at Kalaat M'Gouna, an overnight in Ouarzazate, and a visit to the famous Ouarzazate Film Studios. Full day-by-day breakdowns are on our Morocco Tours page.

Private VIP transport for the full journey, your camel ride, and dinner plus breakfast at the desert bivouac and hotels are all included. Some lunches, drinks, and guide services at specific stops are not included — we'll always tell you exactly what applies on the day when you book.

Our standard private vehicles comfortably seat 1–7 passengers. For groups of 8 or more, we switch to a Renault 8-seater at the same daily rate — so larger families and groups pay no premium per person.

Your desert bivouac stay is included in the tour price. Hotel stays along the route (such as in Ouarzazate on the 4-day tour) are arranged on request — just let us know your budget and preferences via Contact and we'll handle the rest.

Yes, the desert tour is family-friendly and comfortable for most ages, though it does involve long driving days through mountain roads. If you're traveling with young children, elderly relatives, or anyone with mobility needs, let us know in advance via Custom Itineraries so we can adjust the pace and stops accordingly.

October to April offers the most comfortable desert temperatures, especially for the overnight bivouac. Summer months are still doable but considerably hotter during the day. We cover this in more depth in our blog guide on the Sahara desert tour.

Day Trips

5 questions

Compare all three routes on the Day Trips page.

Ourika Valley is the easiest half-day option — green mountains, a waterfall, and a Berber house visit, back by 5 PM. Ouzoud Waterfalls is a fuller day with one of Morocco's most spectacular waterfalls. Essaouira is the coastal escape — blue boats, white medina walls, and an argan oil cooperative stop. All three are detailed on our Day Trips page, and our blog has a full guide to each destination.

Lunch is not included by default on our day trips, giving you the freedom to choose where and what to eat. On the Essaouira trip, a guide is available on request, and a lunch stop at Fanatic Café is a popular choice along the way.

Ourika departs around 9:00 AM and returns by 5:00 PM. Ouzoud departs around 8:00 AM and returns by roughly 6:30 PM. Essaouira departs early morning and returns between 6:30–7:00 PM. Exact pickup times are confirmed with you directly based on your hotel location.

Day trips are single-day excursions and aren't combined with each other on the same day, but mixing several different experiences across your stay — say, Ourika Valley one day and a desert tour later in your trip — is very common. If you'd like a full multi-day plan built around several destinations, our Custom Itineraries service is the best fit.

Yes — all our day trips include scenic photo stops along the route, and on the Essaouira trip that even includes the famous goats-in-trees roadside stop. Your driver is happy to pause whenever you spot a great view.

Marrakech Activities

See all in-city experiences on the Marrakech Activities page.

We arrange quad biking, buggy tours, camel rides, hot air balloon flights, and Palmeraie tours — all close to the city and easy to combine with a half or full day. See the complete list with details on our Marrakech Activities page.

Hot air balloon flights depend on weather conditions and operator availability, so we recommend booking at least 2–3 days ahead and keeping your schedule flexible in case of a weather-related reschedule. Flights take off early morning for the calmest air.

Yes, both are beginner-friendly. You'll get a safety briefing and gear before setting off into the Palmeraie de Marrakech, and a guide leads the group throughout so no prior experience is needed.

Custom Itineraries & Transfers

Start planning on the Custom Itineraries page.

Yes — fully tailored private itineraries for families, couples, and groups are one of our specialties. Tell us your travel dates, interests, and pace, and we'll build something just for you. Visit our Custom Itineraries page to get started.

Yes. We provide private VIP transfers to and from Marrakech Menara Airport in any vehicle size, for solo travelers up through large groups. See our Airport Transfers page for details.

We recommend booking your transfer as soon as your flight details are confirmed, but we can often accommodate last-minute requests. Send your flight number and arrival time via Contact and we'll track your flight and have a driver ready.

Everything from multi-generational family trips mixing desert and coast, to honeymoon itineraries focused on quieter scenic routes, to longer group trips combining several day excursions with a desert tour. Tell us what you have in mind through Custom Itineraries and we'll build a plan around it.

Travel Tips & Practical Info

More destination guides live on our blog.

No. Every tour is 100% private transport — it's just you, your group, and your driver. We never mix unrelated travelers into the same vehicle.

Layered clothing works best — desert nights get cold even when days are hot. Bring comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a scarf or hat for sun and wind, a light jacket for evenings, and a power bank for your phone. Our blog has a full packing guide for the Sahara.

Yes, our team and drivers communicate comfortably in English, and we work daily with travelers from the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the USA, and Canada.

Most travelers spend 2–3 days exploring Marrakech itself, plus 1–4 extra days for day trips or a Sahara desert tour. If you're short on time, our day trips let you see the highlights without an overnight stay. We break this down fully in our blog post on Marrakech trip planning.

Morocco is a popular and generally safe destination for international tourists, and traveling with a private driver adds an extra layer of comfort — no navigating unfamiliar roads or relying on public transport schedules. As with any destination, normal travel precautions apply.

Cancellation & Changes

3 questions

Need to make a change? Reach us anytime via Contact.

Yes — we offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour start time, with no charge. If you need to reschedule, just message us via Contact as early as possible and we'll do our best to move your booking to a new date.

In the rare case that weather makes a route unsafe (for example, heavy rain affecting mountain roads), we'll contact you as early as possible to discuss rescheduling or adjusting the itinerary. Your safety always comes first.

Just send us an updated headcount via Contact as soon as you know. Small changes are usually easy to accommodate, and if your group grows past 7 people we'll simply switch you to our larger 8-seat vehicle at no extra cost per person.
